Great to see Dad this weekend after about 3 months - now that I am full time and with Dan working weekends too, it is harder to get up to see him, tho I mustn't leave it that long again.
He had a full lesson on how to use the Nerf guns that Cameron loves playing with - think Dad thought he was back in the 'Swordfish' . The two of them spent ages aiming at a bottle on a table, missing most of the time! But it was still lovely to see the two of them together.
Spent the Saturday evening at Joanne and Robert's house for Joanne's 50th party. Was great meeting their friends and Sri Lankan family. Also great, in fact FANTASTIC, were the Sri Lankan curries we had that had been made by an outside caterer. Soooo tasty!
