
Into the gym by 915 this morning and surprised myself!!
Now I don't do running on a treadmill and I tend to stop once I start puffing!!! I did however manage a 15 min walk on the treadmill, 5 mins on the bike, 120 leg exercises with weights and 20 lengths in the pool...not bad to start off with. I didn't put the Lycra on today either!
I know it won't exactly get me to Beijing, but it did get me a sleep later in the afternoon!!!!
Tomorrow I may even go again!
