So sweet...

Bit of a hiccup with the Tesco delivery yesterday.....

I thought I had ordered 4 sweet potatoes, after all they make a nice addition to a roast, but I ended up with 4 bags of the things, 3 kilos worth!!!!!

Anyone know any good recipes???
